Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.DCM patients with a history of diabetes and with diagnostic evidence; 2.Aged 18 to 65 years; 3.Coronary angiography showed no significant coronary artery stenosis (stenosis <50%) and positive for treadmill exercise test; 4.Left ventriculography showed no significant segmental motion abnormalities; 5.Coronary angiography showed slow blood flow; 6.There is evidence of cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (or cardiac SPECT) suggesting diastolic dysfunction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe hypertension (> 180/110 mm Hg); 2.Complex arrhythmias (atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, frequent premature beats); 3.Severe lung disease and thoracic deformities or surgery 4.Less than 3 months after onset of acute myocardial infarction 5.Cardiogram showed bundle branch block; 6.Echocardiography confirmed left ventricular hypertrophy, or dilated cardiomyopathy; 7.Severe liver and kidney dysfunction and electrolyte disorders.
