Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.It meets the diagnostic criteria of 2014 Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke and is confirmed by CT or MRI; 2.First stroke, course of disease 2 weeks to 6 months; 3.Aged 18 to 80 years; 4.Unilateral hemiplegia; 5.The vital signs were stable without serious complications; 6.The patient himself or his immediate family signed the informed consent form; 7.Able to cooperate with functional evaluation and have good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Serious speech, attention, hearing, vision (partial neglect, partial blindness, etc.), intellectual, mental or cognitive impairment; 2.Previous history of brain organic diseases, neuropsychiatric history, drug abuse and alcoholism; 3.Severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ failure.
