Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.General surgery, thoracic surgery, stomatology, ent, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics, urology, neurosurgery and other surgical patients who need surgical treatment; 2.Postoperative analgesia pump is needed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal; 2.Serious cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 3.Unstable hemodynamics after operation; 4.Patients allergic to the drugs used in this study.
