18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 75 years; 2.Patients with chronic liver disease according with liver puncture indication; 3.Patients can understand and accept the research protocol and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cardiac and renal dysfunction, uncorrectable severe bleeding and coagulation disorder; 2.Pregnant women; 3.Malignant liver tumor; 4.The researcher believes that there are other situations that are not suitable for this study.
