Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the Roman IV diagnostic criteria of IBS; 2.Refractory IBS refers to those who are still ineffective or have little effect after 12 weeks of conventional treatment (piveronium bromide or gastrointestinal motility drugs + dietary adjustment + lifestyle adjustment, and spasmolysis to regulate intestinal flora); 3.Patients have stopped taking relevant therapeutic drugs for more than 2 weeks; 4.Visual analog scale (VAS) score >5; 5.Aged 18 to 59 years; 6.Cognitive ability to agree to treatment, understand research instructions and questionnaires.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with contraindications of rTMS and MRI; 2.Mental illness; 3.Pregnant women; 4.Signs of serious illness and/or indications of hospitalization, including hemodynamic instability, infection, acute myocardial infarction and cerebral infarction.
