Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients > 18 years of age diagnosed with stable or unstable angina after coronary angiography or coronary CT were treated with PCI; 2.Acute chest pain was admitted, ecg and myocardial injury markers suggested myocardial infarction, and emergency PCI was performed; 3.Consent to blood collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with rheumatic or immune diseases; 2.Patients who have recently taken hormone or immunosuppressive therapy and who have undergone major surgery; 3.Patients with malignant tumors; 4.Patients with infectious diseases.
