Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Abnormal levels of prostate specific antigen (PSA); 2.Consent to a needle biopsy of the prostate; 3.The PI-RADS score is greater than 3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prostate needle biopsy has been performed in the last 3 months.
