Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for myopia patients: 1.Aged 8 to 18 years, regardless of gender and race; 2.The near vision was normal, the far vision was = 1.0); 3.-0.5D <= diopter <= -6.00D, astigmatism <=0.75DC. Inclusion criteria of emmetropia group: 1.Aged 8 tod 18 years, regardless of gender and race; 2.No history of refractive error.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Eyelid and skin inflammation, such as anterior blepharitis, atopic dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, rosacea, etc.; 2.Cicatricial lesions of eyelid and conjunctiva, such as trachoma, pemphigoid, chemical injury, thermal burn, radiation injury, etc.; 3.Eye medication history: drugs that affect tear secretion and tear film stability, such as artificial tears, corticosteroids, non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, etc.; 4.History of previous ophthalmic surgery, eye trauma and eye burn; 5.History of systemic diseases related to ocular surface diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, gout, rheumatic diseases, thyroid diseases and diabetes.
