Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with chronic kidney disease stage 5 peritoneal dialysis (PD) received CAPD treatment for more than 3 months; 2.Aged 20 to 70 years; 3.The presence of intestinal dysfunction, according to the gastrointestinal symptom Grading Scale (GSRS); 4.Proton-pump inhibitor has not been used in the last two months; 5.Not taking antibiotics within 2 weeks; 6.Patients are willing to accept the research project and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with malignant tumor and severe multiple organ failure; 2.Unable to cooperate; 3.Known allergic to drugs; 4.Patients who switched to peritoneal dialysis after receiving hemodialysis or kidney transplantation; 5.Severe infection (pneumonia, peritonitis, etc., should be treated with antibiotics), drug suspension, and hemodialysis.
