Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative prostate biopsy confirmed the presence of prostate cancer, and lung CT, abdominal ultrasound, pelvic MRI and bone scan ruled out tumor metastasis. 2.Gleason score >= 7 (3+4); 3.Life expectancy is greater than 10 years; 4.The American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) classification for I-II level;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative lung CT, abdominal ultrasound, pelvic MRI, and bone scan failed to rule out tumor metastasis 2.Uncorrected systemic disease or coagulation dysfunction, blood routine, etc., did not meet the perioperative indications; 3.Severe cardiopulmonary disease, unable to tolerate surgery; 4.With uncontrolled diabetes, high blood pressure and other underlying diseases, surgery is not acceptable.
