Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with NSTE-ACS who meet guidelines for the Diagnosis and treatment of non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndromes (2016); 2.Coronary angiography showed at least one coronary artery stenosis >=75%; 3.Heart rate is 60-100 beats/min; 4.Patients who are willing to participate and cooperate with the examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous history of myocardial infarction; 2.Patients previously treated with PCI or CABG; 3.Cardiomyopathy; 4.Valvular disease; 5.Arrhythmia (atrial fibrillation, complete left bundle branch block); 6.Patients with poor image quality.
