Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with acute pontine infarction within 2 weeks of onset; 2.Pontine infarction was confirmed by head magnetic resonance imaging DWI sequence; 3.The patient signs an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who cannot complete the head magnetic resonance imaging examination, such as those with claustrophobia, have metals in their bodies and unstable vital signs, etc.; 2.Patients life expectancy is less than 1 year, such as malignant tumors; 3.Patients with severe cognitive impairment and unable to communicate; 4.There are strong stress factors during hospitalization, such as severe burns, major surgery, acute myocardial infarction, septic shock, etc..
