Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.From January 2010 to October 2019, he was diagnosed with cirrhosis (diagnosed by clinical manifestations, laboratory examination, imaging or liver biopsy) in Drum Tower Hospital, the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University Medical School; 2.Age > 18 years; 3.Transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS) is performed in patients with clinically significant portal hypertension (intractable ascites, recurrent gastrointestinal bleeding, or portal vein thrombosis).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Incomplete or lost baseline data; 2.Complicated with hepatocellular carcinoma or other malignant tumors; 3.Preoperative liver transplantation was performed; 4.Prior TIPS or surgical shunt; 5.During the follow-up period, doppler ultrasound confirmed the stent dysfunction; 6.Posterior TIPS gastrointestinal bleeding but stent status unknown.
