Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 40 years or older; 2.Patients diagnosed with ACS and concurrent PCI in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from August 2019 to July 2020; 3.Low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) >=1.8 mmol/L was required for patients who regularly took statins for more than 4 weeks before admission; 4.Low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) >= 3.2mmol /L was required if the patient did not take statins regularly before admission.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Stable coronary heart disease; 2.Intolerance to statins, aspirin, P2Y12 inhibitors or heparin; 3.The New York Cardiac function Scale was grade III-IV; 4.Acute infection; 5.Acute cerebrovascular disease; 6.Rheumatic fever, rheumatic heart disease; 7.Myocardosis; 8.Severe liver disease or renal insufficiency; 9.Terminal stage of malignant tumor.
