Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 20 to 34 years; 2.Primigravida,full-term pregnancy, single tire, head position; 3.which was either occiput posterior or occiput transverse position as determined by the ultrasound examination when the cervix was dilated to 5 – 10 cm; 4.Height 150-170cm; 5.Estimated fetal weight 2500-4000g; 6.There is a certain text expression to understand the ability; 7.Informed consent to participate in this study. 8.Class I Fetal Monitoring
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Cephalopelvic disproportion; 2.Serious complications; 3.The limbs cannot be active; 4.The spine joint is abnormal; 5.Physician assessment of temporary inappropriateness for activity.
