Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged > 18 years; 2. real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction of nasal swabs or lower respiratory tract samples was confirmed to be positive for SARS-CoV2, and chest CT confirmed have pneumonia; 3. volunteer to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant women and children; 2. unable to obtain informed consent.
