Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 to 85 years; 2. No significant visual impairment, hearing impairment or serious physical or mental impairment, and can tolerate 6 months of intervention; 3. The scores of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) for illiteracy, elementary school, junior high school and above were 17-23, 20-24 and 20-25, respectively; 4. The diagnostic criteria for MCI proposed by Petersen et al. [62]: (1) The subjective report of memory decline, it is best to have an insider to provide information to support; (2) Impaired memory function (or other cognitive function) on objective tests that are not consistent with age and education level; (3) General cognitive function is relatively intact; (4) Functions of daily life were not affected; (5) No dementia; 5. Volunteered to participate in this study, and did not participate in regular fitness programs within 6 months before the experiment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Have more serious physical disease, severe weakness, long-term bed can not complete the exercise training.
