12 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe spinal deformity aged =III; (3) Scheduled spinal orthopedic correction surgery under total intravenous anesthesia; (4) The patient's consent and an informed consent form must be signed by the patient or his family
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Intraoperative wake-up test cancelled before operation; 2. Neurological or phycological issues; 3. Language barrier or hearing disorders; 4. neuromuscular disorders; 5. Long term history of sedative use; 6. Contraindications of DEX; 7. Too young to cooperate; 8. Liver or kidney dysfunction; 9. Operation Cancelled or voluntary exclusion; 10. Intraoperative wake-up test cancelled during operation; 11. Inhalation anesthetics used; 12. Intratracheal tube could not be extubated post surgically.
