Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children aged 28 days to 18 years who were hospitalized in Beijing Children's Hospital from 2009 to 2020 were included; 2.At least 2 thrombocytopenia and medication prescriptions have been recorded.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.No routine blood platelet count examination was performed on admission (no platelet count data was available); 2.Children with abnormal platelet count less than 100x10^9/L were initially detected; 3.Patients with diseases of the blood system and myelodysplastic disorders (aplastic anemia and myelodysplastic syndrome).
