Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Conformed the criteria and initiated the rhGH therapy for short stature; 2.Systematic evaluation was conducted before treatment; 3.At least one follow-up in our hospital in the first year of treatment, including height, weight, growth rate, IGF-1, IGF-BP3, and bone age radiography; 4.The rhGH therapy was administered daily during the treatment; 5.Digital radiography (DR) was performed at least twice during the treatment, including the metacarpal bone, carpal bone and distal ulnar and radius diaphysis of 3-4cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Acquired growth hormone deficiency; 2.Children with poor dependence during treatment, not scheduled follow-up, incomplete follow-up data; 3.Poor position of bone age DR radiography; 4.There were artifacts or decreased image quality in bone aged DR or foreign bodies were implanted or fixed in palmar and finger; 5.Severe bone deformity; 6.Interruption of somatropin therapy for more than 6 months; 7.Taking drugs that affect growth during growth hormone therapy; 8.Patients are or have received other kinds of clinical investigation or treatment; 9.Have tumors or have a high incidence of tumors family; 10.Children with blood, respiration, digestion, urinary tract, nerve and congenital heart disease that affect the growth and development of children and have been diagnosed are excluded.
