Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.For inpatients admitted from January 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020, the first hospitalization data are used for patients admitted to the intensive care department for many times; 2.The admission department is the Department of critical medicine; 3.Age >= 18 years; 4.Sepsis 3.0 [2] diagnosis standard Sepsis 3 was issued jointly by SCCM and ESICM in 2016: for patients with infection or suspected infection, sepsis can be diagnosed when the SOFA score increases by >=2 points compared with the baseline; 5.Hospital stay >= 24 hours, with complete data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients have been clearly diagnosed as hematological diseases in the past or who have been diagnosed as hematological diseases by improving relevant auxiliary examinations after admission; 2.Patients with previous history of liver and kidney dysfunction and end-stage diseases, a history of application of nephrotoxic drugs before admission, and patients with acute renal injury caused by other reasons except infection factors; 3.Patients with active tumors; 4.Severe cardiac insufficiency (patients with cardiac function grade III and IV); 5.Previous history of splenectomy; 6.A variety of clear blood loss and hemorrhagic shock patients; 7.Hospital stay >= 60 days; 8.Admission department: non critical medicine department.
