Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.At the research center (cardiothoracic surgery, gastroenterology, otolaryngology, stomatology, respiratory department, etc.), patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) are diagnosed after systemic examination and evaluation; 2.The chest and upper abdomen with enhanced CT, upper gastrointestinal angiography, gastroscopy, and esophageal pressure monitoring did not show clear esophageal hiatus hernia; 3.Receive treatment at the Thoracic Surgery Research Center from August 2021 to July 2022; 4.Subjects voluntarily join the study, agree to collect relevant information including hematology test information, and sign an informed consent form (patients under the age of 18 are signed by their legal representatives).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Accompanied by serious underlying diseases, such as liver and kidney failure, heart failure, etc.; 2.Patients with malignant tumors of the digestive tract; 3.Mental illness affects prognosis assessment; 4.According to the judgment of the investigator, there are other concomitant diseases that seriously endanger the safety of the patient or affect the completion of the study by the patient; 5.The researcher assesses those who are expected to have poor compliance.
