Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children diagnosed with acute liver failure; 2.Age ranges from 28 days after birth to 18 years of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cardiac, cerebral, or pulmonary diseases, or with active bleeding, or accompanied with disseminated intravascular coagulation; 2.Allergy to blood products or drugs used in blood purification (e.g. plasma, heparin, protamine, etc.).
