Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)diagnostic criteria refer to the diagnostic criteria for stroke syndrome differentiation issued by the State Administration of TCM, and the Western diagnostic criteria refer to the diagnostic criteria for cerebrovascular diseases issued by the Chinese Society of Neurology and the Chinese Society of Neurosurgery.In addition, the following requirements must be met: 1.Patients with ischemic stroke diagnosed by TCM and Western medicine criteria; 2.Patients with unilateral hemiplegia;? 3.Brain CT or MRI showing unilateral cerebral infarction; 4.Patients who had hemiplegia after stroke for the first time and passed the acute stage with stable condition;?? 5.Patients received basic western medicine treatment and did not change the treatment regimen during the trial;? 6.Aged 30 to 70 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with craniocerebral trauma or intracerebral hemorrhage; ? 2.Patients with spinal cord injury; 3.Patients with extrapyramidal diseases (Parkinson's disease, essential tremor, etc.);? 4.Patients with other serious heart, liver and kidney diseases and tumors;? ? 5.Mental disorder or severe aphasia, dementia, affect communication, collaborators;? ? 6.Pregnant and lactating women;? ? ? ? 7.Abnormal coagulation function; 8.Infection or trauma at the targetting acupuncture operation site.
