Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients admitted to the ICU are intended for inclusion in this study; 2.Enrollment criteria met the criteria for sepsis (sepsis third international consensus definition sepsis-3), and / or met the diagnostic criteria for acute kidney injury (AKI) (Global kidney disease improvement criteria KDIGO); 3.Patients who signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Less than 18 weeks of age; 2.ICU length of stay less than 24 hours; 3.Recurrent ICU admissions; 4.Chronic kidney disease (CKD).
