Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with early colorectal cancer and precancerous lesions and their first-degree relatives who visited our center; 2.Voluntary signing of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications for colonoscopy and biopsy 2.Patients and their first-degree relatives have inherited diseases related to colorectal cancer, such as Lynch Syndrome, familial colorectal cancer type X Lynch-like syndrome, familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP), MUTYH-associated polyposis, Syndrome of hereditary pigmentation digestive polyposis, Juvenile Polyposis Syndrome (JPS), Serrated Polyposis Syndrome(SPS) etc.; Having other malignant tumors; 3.Pregnant and lactating women; 4.Participating in other clinical trials; 5.Other special conditions that the investigator considers inappropriate for participation in this clinical trial.
