42 Years to 52 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.At least two items are met: (1)Correct far vision is normal, and near vision is reduced (< J7); (2)Reading requires a higher level of illumination; (3)Close reading can not last, long-term eye swelling, eye acid. 2.Aged 42 to 52 years; 3.Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.There are ocular organic diseases such as cataract and macular disease; 2.Combined with high myopia and severe vitreous opacity, it is not suitable for eye movement; 3.Severe dry eyes and conjunctivitis affect visual quality; 4.Carry out other exercise at the same time (such as moderate and severe aerobic exercise, anaerobic exercise, etc.).
