Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Inactive HBsAg carriers meet the 2019"guidelines for the prevention and treatment of chronic hepatitis B"; 2.HBsAg positive longer than 2 years, and HsSAg<200IU/ml, HBeAg negative, anti-HBe negative/positive, HBV DNA<100IU/ml; 3.ALT is normal.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with HAV, HCV, HDV, HEV infection and autoimmune liver disease; 2.Pregnant and lactating women and those who had recently prepared for childbirth; 3.Patients with liver failure, cirrhosis and liver cancer; 4.Patients with a history of severe heart disease, including 6 months with unstable or uncontrolled heart disease; 5.History of mental illness or mental illness; 6.Having uncontrolled seizures; 7.Alcoholics or drug addicts who have not quit; 8.Uncontrolled diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, retinopathy, autoimmune disease, etc.; 9.The neutrophil count was lower than 1.0x10^9/L and/or the platelet count lower than 50x10^9/L before treatment; 10.Total Bilirubin was higher than 51umol/l before treatment.
