Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Gender is not limited; 3. Patients with locally advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma diagnosed by histopathology or cytology; 4. Surgical resection is possible as judged by the investigator; 5. Have not received other anti-tumor therapy before; 6. ECOG: 0-1 points; 7. The patients voluntarily joined the study, signed the informed consent form, had good compliance, and cooperated with the follow-up; 8. The investigator believes that the treatment can be beneficial; 9. Voluntary recipients of apatinib mesylate tablets combined with chemotherapy and neoadjuvant therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have proved allergic to the test drug and/or its excipients; 2. Pregnant or lactating patients; 3. Patients who are judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for inclusion in this study.
