control group:Implement traditional nursing measures after admission
experimental group A:2-4 weeks of pre-rehabilitation care before admission
experimental group B:On the basis of group A + motivational spirometer training

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pulmonary nodules getting ready for receiving thoracoscope surgery through clinical and radiographic estimation; 2. Patients with low lung function judging by lung function test,climb building test and 6-MWT; 3. Patients signed informed consent; 4. Patients without contraindications to exercise.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with heart, brain, kidney and other serious diseases; 2. Patients with with physical or cognitive impairment; 3. Patients who can't tolerate to exercise.
