Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma were diagnosed by medical imaging examination (such as: enhanced CT or enhanced MRI) or needle biopsy in Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with metastatic tumors of the head and neck; 2. Mental factors cannot cooperate with the examination of patients; 3. Adolescents and children under the age of 18 and elderly patients over the age of 80.
