Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective thoracic surgery who intend to insert a left double-lumen bronchial catheter for one-lung ventilation; 2. Aged 18 to 80 years; 3. ASA classification I-III; 4. BMI <30 kg/m^2; 5. Mallampati classification I-III; 6. In line with ethics, the patients were tested voluntarily and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mouth opening degree <3cm; 2. The distance between the nail and chin is less than 6cm; 3. Unable to face mask ventilation; 4. Obvious neck movement disorder; 5. Full stomach; 6. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease; 7. Patients who participated in other studies within 30 days; 8. Other researchers think that it is not suitable to participate in this research.
