Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with schizophrenia: (1) Inpatients with schizophrenia clinically diagnosed by DSM-V. (2) The total score of PANSS (Kay et al., 1987) is greater than 65 points. (3) The course of the disease is between 2 and 15 years. (4) There was no statistically significant difference in drug equivalents. (5) Aged 18-50 years. (6) Education period is 9-16 years. (7) Right handed. 2. Healthy subjects: (1) Healthy subjects matched with the schizophrenia group in terms of gender, age, years of education, BMI and body mass index. (2) No mental illness, nervous system disease, brain trauma, organic brain disease, chronic basic disease (clinically diagnosed diabetes, hypertension, rheumatism, etc.), substance dependence, etc. (3) All are right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Very thin and heavy; 2. At the same time, patients with symptoms of other mental illnesses, patients with trauma or organic lesions in the brain, and serious underlying diseases (clinically diagnosed diabetes, hypertension, rheumatism, etc.) were excluded; 3. Patients who cannot understand this experiment, etc.
