Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the 2014 ''Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases'', with a clear diagnosis of COPD, aged >= 65 years, and there is no pulmonary function classification; 2. The condition tends to be stable after treatment during hospitalization; 3. Sign the informed consent form and be able to adhere to long-term follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous mental disorders, personality disorders, intellectual disabilities, brain damage or brain diseases who cannot communicate with patients normally; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, neuromuscular and other system diseases or other diseases that affect physical activity and unable to complete the 6-minute walk test; 3. Patients with advanced diseases such as malignant tumors at the same time, and the expected survival time is less than 2 years.
