18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18-30 years; 2. Body mass index (BMI) >= 24kg/m^2; 3. Stable weight in the past 3 months (weight change <±10%).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Smokers in the past 6 years; 2. Those who have taken drugs that may affect the results of the study in the past 6 months; 3. Irregular menstrual cycle; 4. Those who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant; 5. Those with dietary restrictions (such as vegetarians).
