18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 (including 65 years old),BMI 18 to 28kg/m2; 2. ASA I~III; 3. Patients requiring surgical treatment and hospitalization for more than three days; 4. Have the basic ability of reading and comprehension or the ability to answer questions clearly, and can complete the questionnaires with the help of medical staff; 5. Sign the informed consent, voluntarily participate in this project, and can complete the questionnaires and relevant monitoring as required.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental diseases such as anxiety and depression and other neurological diseases 2. Patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) or other hypnotic medications; 3. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney, brain and other serious physical diseases, and patients considered unsuitable to participate in this study; 4. Patients with drug abuse, alcoholism or mental disorders, unable to cooperate or adhere to treatment, and poor predictive compliance; 5. Patients also enrolled in other clinical trials in the same time; 6. For any other reason, the investigator considers it inappropriate to include in the study.
