Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 16 years; 2. Have not participated in cardiopulmonary resuscitation training in the past two years; 3. Voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who cannot safely participate in this study, such as those with severe cardiovascular disease, neurological dysfunction, and those who cannot participate in military training or physical education classes in schools due to physical reasons; 2. Those who have experienced severe dizziness, nausea and headaches while watching 3D movies or using AR/VR equipment in the past.
