18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification 1-2; 2. Aged 18-65 years, female, BMI 18-30; 3. Posterior lumbar spine surgery is planned for >2 segments, and postoperative analgesia is required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to the drugs required for the study; 2. Sinus bradycardia, II° and above atrioventricular block; 3. Unable to cooperate with the completion of postoperative follow-up.
