Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients over 65 years old; 2. Patients with radiological diagnosis of hip joint disease requiring surgical treatment; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I to III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with multiple operations; 2. Patients with other organ trauma requiring active treatment; 3. Cognitive impairment; 4. Allergy to anesthetics; 5. Operation time > 4h; 6. Patients with tracheal intubation converted to general anesthesia.
