Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 18 to 75 years; 2. The diagnosis was acute myocardial infarction; 3. Diagnostic criteria of acute myocardial infarction: in line with the fourth edition of "global common definition of acute myocardial infarction". Cardiac troponin and / or creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) increased and / or decreased at least once, which was higher than the 99 percentile of the upper limit of the reference value. At the same time, there were clinical evidences of acute myocardial ischemia, including: (1) symptoms of acute myocardial ischemia; (2) New ischemic ECG changes; (3) New pathological Q wave was found; (4) New imaging evidence of viable myocardial loss or abnormal wall motion; (5) Coronary artery thrombosis was confirmed by coronary angiography or intracavitary imaging or autopsy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Arrhythmia; (2) Stenosis or obstruction of left ventricular outflow tract; (3) Moderate or above degree mitral regurgitation; (4) Mechanical assistive devices are being used to improve hemodynamics, such as IABP (and) or ECMO; (5) The poor quality of ultrasound image affects the analysis of Lafi; (6) At the same time participate in other clinical trials or unwilling to sign consent.
