Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Maternal age >=18 years old, no communication barriers; 2. Vaginal delivery; 3. gestational age 37 to 42 weeks; 4. Maternal voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The puerpera had serious complications; 2. Those who have medical indications and cannot breastfeed, such as pregnant women suffering from AIDS, syphilis or a history of breast surgery; 3. Maternal non breastfeeding intention; 4. Multiple pregnancy; 5. Neonatal malformation.
