18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient: (1) Aged 18 to 80 years; (2) Coronary angiography, left main coronary artery stenosis >=30%, or other 3 at least 1 coronary artery stenosis >=50%; (3) cTn is dynamic and has exceeded the 99% reference upper limit at least once and has at least one of the following clinical evidence of acute myocardial ischemia: Symptoms of acute myocardial ischemia; Newly occurred ischemic ECG changes; The formation of Q wave in 3 cases; (4) radiographic evidence of a newly discovered loss of viable myocardium or a coincident regional wall motion abnormality following ischemia; Coronary artery thrombus was confirmed by coronary angiography, intracoronary imaging examination or autopsy 2. Health Control: Health check-ups, or no previous history of coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, or coronary CT or angiographic examination, no significant coronary stenosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. coagulopathy: hemophilia, vitamin K deficiency; 2. severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 3. pregnant women and those planning pregnancy; 4. Having a malignant tumor; 5. Patients do not willing to participate.
