Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the ''Key Points for Diagnosis of Various Cerebrovascular Diseases'' adopted by the 4th National Cerebrovascular Disease Academic Conference in 1995, and confirmed by head imaging CT or MRI; 2. Has definite hemiplegia on one side, and is accompanied by foot drop and (or) foot inversion; 3. The first onset or a history of stroke but no obvious sequelae; 4. Comply with the Chinese Stroke Rehabilitation Treatment Guidelines; 5. The assessment by the Simple Mental State Scale is basically normal, and aged 35 to 75 years; 6. Voluntarily participate in this experiment and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The onset is within 2 weeks, and the symptoms are unstable; 2. The blood pressure is still higher than 180/100mmHg (1mmHg=0.133kPa), or the blood pressure fluctuates repeatedly recently; 3. The amount of hemorrhage in the basal ganglia or cerebral lobe is more than 30ml, or hemorrhage in the brainstem and cerebellum; 4. Combined with severe heart, liver and renal insufficiency; 5. Combined with myogenic diseases and peripheral nervous system diseases; 6. Difficulty in understanding or cognitive impairment.
