Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are scheduled for elective cardiac surgery and have no dysphagia preoperatively screened; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Be conscious and able to understand and execute the simple instructions of the investigator: Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) >= 14; 4. Patients who have received mechanical ventilation; 5. No gastrointestinal reactions: nausea and vomiting, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with vocal cord dysfunction, oropharyngeal malignant tumor, neck surgery, etc. that may affect swallowing function; 2. Patients with previous neurological diseases: dementia, cerebral infarction, etc.; 3. Open mouth injury: mandibular injury; 4. Patients with a history of cancer using chemotherapy drugs; 5. Patients with unstable vital signs within 1 hour of extubation.
