Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pulmonary infection group (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for community-acquired pneumonia or hospital-acquired pneumonia: 1) Community-acquired pneumonia; 2) Hospital-acquired pneumonia. (2) Aged 18 to 79 years, gender is not limited; (3) Voluntarily signed the informed consent. 2. Spontaneous peritonitis group (1) Patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis who were hospitalized in the Center for Infection and Liver Diseases of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, with a high degree of suspected or confirmed SBP; (2) Combined with a large amount of ascites; (3) Those who underwent paracentesis or ascites ultrafiltration and concentrated reinfusion; (4) Aged 18 to 79 years, gender is not limited; (5) Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pulmonary infection group (1) non-infectious diseases; (2) Only upper respiratory tract infection; (3) Only other parts of the infection; (4) Those who are not willing to participate in this study. 2.Spontaneous peritonitis group (1) Patients with active gastrointestinal bleeding; (2) Systemic circulatory failure that is difficult to correct; (3) At the end of the disease or hospice care period; (4) Patients with hepatic encephalopathy or mental disorder can not cooperate well with treatment; (5) Secondary immunodeficiency patients; (6) Those who are not willing to participate in this study.
