Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with established gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) who are willing to accept internet-based patient education models and who are able to learn from short video and wechat talk-room answering during pregnancy in its entirety; 2. Regular pregnancy tests; 3. Complete pregnancy data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Adverse pregnancy history; 2. Have comorbidities of chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes mellitus; 3. Pregnancy data were missing; 4. Chromosomal or structural abnormalities in the fetus.
