Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients with end-stage liver disease in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University included decompensated liver cirrhosis, chronic liver failure and acute on chronic liver failure. 2.Aged 18 to 75 years; 3.The patients with abdominal distension, constipation or no constipation, stop exhaust of hepatic hilum and incomplete intestinal obstruction indicated by abdominal imaging; 4.Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 2.Patients with hypertension 3.Patients with advanced liver cancer and peritoneal tumor; 4.Abdominal surgery within 3 months; 5.The patients were allergic to terlipressin; 6.Those who are not willing to participate in this study.
