Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetes established by the American Diabetes Association (ADA) in 2019; 2. Diabetic patients with negative insulin antibody; 3. Body mass index (BMI) >= 24kg/m2; 4. Regularly go to the Union Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University for treatment, and standardize management in the National Standardized Metabolic Disease Management Center of our hospital; 5. Conscious, normal thinking, able to communicate verbally; 6. Have a certain degree of education and have the ability to cooperate with the completion of the testing stipulated in the plan; 7. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent; 8. Not participating in other drug clinical studies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are other endocrine diseases; 2. History of gastric surgery; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Combined with vascular dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, hepatolenticular degeneration, Huntington's disease and other diseases that clearly affect the patient's cooperation with the study; 5. Those who have a history or family history of psychiatric diseases, or are receiving anti-anxiety, anti-depressant and psychotropic medication; 6. Severe liver disease (such as liver cirrhosis, liver cancer, etc.), lung disease with extremely poor lung function (such as severe COPD, tuberculosis, interstitial lung disease, etc.), severe kidney disease (such as uremia, etc.); 7. Suffering from malignant tumor; 8. Have a history of alcoholism and alcohol dependence; 9. Severe illness, poor hearing, etc. cannot insist on normal conversation and testing.
