Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 60 years old; 2. ASA I~III grade; 3. Patients who plan to undergo painless gastroscopy; 4. Have read and signed the subject's informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are unwilling or unable to cooperate; 2. Those who are allergic to the use of drugs or have had clear anesthesia-related complications; 3. Patients with mental illness or alcohol or drug abusers before surgery; 4. Difficult airway and severe respiratory disease (obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, mouth opening disorder, restricted neck or mandibular movement, morbid obesity; 5. Acute respiratory infection, acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, uncontrolled asthma, etc.); 6. Gastroscopy or treatment for more than 30 minutes; 7. Patients who participated in other studies within 30 days.
