Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing hip and knee surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Age >= 60 years old; 3. ASA classification I-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative hemoglobin <60g/L; 2. Severe audiovisual and speech impairment; 3. Severe heart, liver, lung and kidney dysfunction; 4. Bilateral surgery; 5. Old surgery; 6. Patients with neurological disease before surgery; 7. Preoperative cognitive impairment (Minimum Mental State Scale MMSE score <24 points); 8. Patients with mood disorders such as anxiety and depression and a history of Alzheimer's disease; 9. There is a history of addiction to psychotropic drugs or long-term use of sleeping pills and sedatives.
